1. Acceptance
By using this website or purchasing The Problem-First Method eBook (the “Product”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the Product.
2. The Product
The Product is a digital eBook together with bonus templates, delivered in PDF and EPUB form through time-limited signed download links sent by email. Files are hosted on Supabase and served via short-lived URLs.
3. License
I grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read the Product and use the bonus templates for your own work. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, or include the Product in a product or training dataset without my prior written permission.
4. Account and identifiers
The site does not use passwords or sessions. Your email address is the only identifier, and download links are sent to that address. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email account you provide.
5. Payment
Purchases are processed by Stripe in United States Dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price charged. I may change prices in the future; existing purchases are honored under the terms applicable at the time of sale.
6. Refunds
I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. See my Refund Policy for details.
7. Availability
I make reasonable efforts to keep the site and download links available, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a download link expires or fails, use the form at /download-request to request a new one, or email kevin@problem-first-method.com.
8. Disclaimer
The Product is informational and is provided “as is” and “as available.” It is not professional advice. I make no guarantee of specific business, career, or financial outcomes from applying the methods described.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product is limited to the amount you actually paid me, which will not exceed the purchase price of the Product.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the United States.
11. Changes
I may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
