14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with The Problem-First Method for any reason, email kevin@problem-first-method.com within 14 days of purchase and I'll issue a full refund. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days. One refund per customer. You may keep the downloaded files.
How to request a refund
Email kevin@problem-first-method.com from the email address you used for the purchase. Include your Stripe receipt, your order confirmation email, or simply the date of purchase, so I can find the transaction quickly. You do not need to explain why.
Processing times
I issue refunds through Stripe within 1–2 business days of receiving your request. Once issued, most refunds appear on your card or bank statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
One refund per customer
To keep the policy sustainable for a small, independent publisher, I offer one refund per customer. If you've previously been refunded and later decide you'd like another copy, you're welcome to repurchase, but that new purchase is final.
You may keep the files
When I issue a refund, I do not disable your download link or ask you to delete the files. The eBook and bonus templates are yours to keep. I ask only that you respect the license described in my Terms of Service.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window has passed, all sales are final unless a refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law. If you believe the product was misrepresented or there is a technical problem that I have not been able to resolve, email me and I will make it right.
